Video conferencing/chat

Is there any ability to do chat with video at the moment? If not, how hard would that be to implement?

we've implement Toksta, with our SWIJIT architecture over here:

I use more prochatrooms not yet tested the video part because my server does not have red5 server and not flashserver.
